Hi, when someone calls asking for more information, or pretty much any inquiry, please say:
"Thanks for your inquiry. The first step is for us to send you a detailed information email, including a video tour of the kitchen, and this email will answer most of your questions. And then if you have any further questions, the kitchen manager will contact you directly.
So, if I can just get a couple of details from you, I'll get that email sent out straight away."
Once you've submitted form, please be sure to m ention to the inquirer that they should check their SPAM folder if they haven't received the email within 1-2 minutes
